There are several objectives to be accomplished. They include better ways of dealing with constraints, the introduction of discrete variables and the implementation of a stochastic approach to improve local search. Problems in Astrophysics, as well as a particular Biological Process design are to be addressed. Derivative-free software will be improved and made available to the research community.
