Run PSwarm for a set of stellar parameters
The swarm size and the
maximum number of function evaluations are by default small in order to
avoid false submissions of jobs which could take a lot of time
to terminate. A typical setup would be to use 40 particles and a
maximum of 1000 function evaluations.
Each
function evaluation takes about 1 minute.
